Retainer
Policy
A retainer is required upon scheduling a PROMEDIATE mediation.
The retainer guarantees the date and time are reserved for your mediation conference. Retainers are non-refundale; however,
retainers may be applied to a rescheduled PROMEDIATE mediation.
Cancellation Fee
If your mediation conference is cancelled and the matter is resolved without mediation
by PROMEDIATE, then you will be charged a cancellation fee. If your mediaiton conference is cancelled and the same matter
is subsequently rescheduled with PROMEDIATE, then the cancellation fee is waived.
